It's a great privilege helping all the customers with their needs and indeed helping my parents out too. There's nothing better than being the face of the business, be it by phone or email but going that extra step to help all of our customers and instructors.

As well as being here for anyone to have a chat, I'll always make sure to pass on all the current relevant information to all clients. Whether that's how to keep an eye out for availability, guidance on how to book a test in these testing times, or how to plan a head for your lessons or intensive course.

I'm a family orientated person, hence why I work for the business to help share the work load, and believe me there's an awful lot. But it's also a passion, my interests are gardening in my spare time or helping those around me.
