Terms and Conditions
Bubble Driving School Ltd is a Limited Company, and all our driving Instructors are self-employed, this means they are classed as third party and not employed by Bubble Driving School Ltd however they are self-employed. All our instructors are trading under the brand Bubble Driving School Ltd.
o1.5 Any legal claims that are made, are directly between the client and the instructor and has no reflection to the brand of Bubble Driving School Ltd. Bubble Driving School Ltd instructors are franchise self-employed (3rd party) upon commencing your lessons with the instructor all future financial and legal issues are between yourself the client, and the instructor. Bubble Driving School Ltd is a facilitator Brand, and are not legally responsible, liable for any altercations or incidents that could/may arise post your first driving lessons with your instructor. This also extends to intensive course/block bookings/motorway/refresher/begins/assessment/introductory lessons or gift packages. All future bookings and payments post first lesson are made between yourself, the client/pupil/ and the self-employed 3rd party franchisee instructor.
1.6 Any vehicle branded as Bubble Driving School Ltd unless stated otherwise is the personal vehicle of your instructor, they will endeavour to make sure it is in always working order and clean and tidy. Unless the vehicle has been provided by Bubble Driving School Ltd head office.
2.0 Bubble Driving School Ltd driving instructors are franchised under the brand of Bubble Driving School Ltd, they are not employed, the terms and conditions issued to all instructors are from Bubble Driving School Ltd Head office, signing of all terms and conditions contracts is also acceptable to the additional terms laid out on Bubble Driving School Ltd Ltd.’s website.
3.0 It is a Legal Requirement for all candidates wanting to learn to drive must have in their possession a provisional or full UK driver's license. Lessons cannot be undertaken if the candidate does not possess a provisional license or full UK driver's license as this is a criminal offense. All candidates must present their license to their driving instructor upon first driving lesson as well as their national insurance, this is to access their electronic counterpart on their license, to confirm their identity. Any candidate who cannot or doesn't produce their license and national insurance number on their first driving lesson will be charged for that lesson.
4.0 Payment for the lessons are due within 72 hours of making a lesson booking with your driving instructor. Failure to do so results in your booking being removed.
5.0 The pupil must not be under the influence of any Alcohol, Drugs or Medication which may affect their driving. If so, this will result in the lesson being cancelled and full payment being made to the instructor.
6.0 Intensive course clients must undergo a 2hr assessment lesson this must be prepaid for at a normal rate.
7.0 What happens if my driving instructor leaves Bubble Driving School Ltd and goes on his/her own? If this happens, the instructor will be issued with a document that you will need to sign in triplicate as will they. By you signing this document after your instructor has read it to you will permit for you to allow him/her to retain your Personal details and continue training with them from their leaving date on wards, it will also state, that any issues that arise with you and your instructor from their leaving date on wards is an issue between yourselves, and has no reflection, affiliation or link to Bubble Driving School Ltd. You will be given a signed copy, as will the instructor, and a copy will be sent to Head office all before your instructors leaving date.
8.0 Strict cancellation conditions
9.0 If a candidate fails to declare to office staff or the instructor that they do not possess a provisional licence or full UK drivers’ licence, and the lesson is cancelled within forty-eight hours of the lesson commencing, by either office staff or the driving instructor, will result in the lesson being charged in full.
10.0 Admin Fee and Premium charge for Evenings Weekends and Bank Holidays.
11.0 Upon your first driving lesson, you MUST show to the instructor your driving license, and receipt of first pre-paid lesson or gift certificate/voucher (all pre-paid lessons receipts will be sent to email address provided upon taking initial payment). All future lessons after your first driving lesson, are then payable direct to your driving instructor. Upon your first lesson please ask your instructor what method of payments they accept. Your instructor will handle all your future lesson appointments and payments.
12.0 We comply with the Data Protection Act and GDPR concerning handling customer information. If you need to cancel your paid lesson, we require a minimum of two clear working days, before the date the lesson is booked. Cancelling of any lessons must be done in person over the phone, to a member of our office staff, or via our email address info@bubbledrivingschool.co.uk . You will be required to give all information (name, full postal address and contact number) with your booking for us to confirm that you are the client and the lesson to be cancelled. If a client fails to contact the office or the instructor to cancel or rearrange their driving lesson within the 2 working days’ notice period, he/she may be charged in full for that missed lesson slot.
13.0 Office* pre-payment Refunds, via debit or credit card, will ONLY be issued to on the following basis:
All refunds are claimed within 21 days of the cancelled lesson. (Any claims made past this period are null and void)
14.0 Block Bookings
15.0 Where the instructor may arrive slightly late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond his/her control, the instructor will make efforts to extend the finish time off the lesson by the same amount of time or add the time on to a future lesson.
16.0 Bubble Driving School Ltd has a Zero Tolerance policy. Any customers who become threatening, abusive, violent or harass any of our office staff or instructors, will be reported to the police. Their lesson and all future lessons with the instructor and Bubble Driving School Ltd will be terminated.
17.0 Intensive Course Conditions
18.0 At Bubble Driving School Ltd, we are an inclusive business, and a few members of our team may have some ongoing health problems, and may on occasion have to re-arrange a training session/weekly driving lesson, and I (the pupil) am fully aware that the instructor will rearrange the cancelled lesson/training session on my remaining training days on of my intensive course.
19.0 If a client fails to turn up to a driving lesson and gives no notice via phone or email cancelling, that lesson booked lesson will be charged in full, and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
20.0 If a client fails to meet the instructor of the scheduled booked lesson, that time will be deducted from the remaining duration of your lesson and you will be charged in full for your booked appointment. Please remember, you, the Client are paying for the instructor to teach you to learn to drive and are reserving specific start and finish times in the instructors scheduled working diary.
21.0 Where the instructor may arrive slightly late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond his/her control, the instructor will make efforts to extend the finish time off the lesson by the same amount of time or add the time on to a future lesson.
22.0 Whilst we try our best to get you test ready and pass, we cannot guarantee you will be test ready as everyone learns at a different pace. If you need additional lessons these are charged at normal lesson rate up to a total of 11 hours. If you book or need more than 11 hours additional training, then the price for additional lessons falls under intensive course pricing. (payment process is the same as your first course)

24.0 By booking lessons with Bubble Driving School Ltd you agree to our terms and conditions.
25.0 *Refunds are strictly from Bubble Driving School Ltd office for pre-paid lessons made direct to the office, and NOT individual instructors after first driving lesson. **This includes two-hour assessment lesson, intensive course, and test day with a specialized instructor.
