Terms and Conditions

•  The pupil may be permitted to use the training car for their driving test, only if the driving instructor is satisfied that the pupil is at the required standard. The Length of time required for Test is specifically 2.5 hours. Test fee is at standard rate.

• The pupil must not be under the influence of any alcohol, drugs or medication which may affect their driving. If so this will result in the lesson being cancelled and full payment to be made to instructor.

• Block booking/special offers are Non Refundable.

• Block booking/pre paid lessons must be taken within a 90 day period of payment. If not, the pupil relinquishes the right to take these paid lessons.

• Where Intensive courses are booked, these dates are non changeable, and non refundable.

•  We request that our instructors are advised of any Cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the lesson. Should a Cancellation be within this time frame you will be charged at the full rate of the lesson booked. This is enforced independantly by our instructors.
